Pois bem, voltar num s\u00e1bado em vez de num domingo pode, na verdade, diminuir o impacto do primeiro dia de trabalho.<br>Ajuste progressivamente os hor\u00e1rios e as rotinas \u2013 alguns dias antes, comece a organizar-se e \u00e0s tarefas da casa, de modo que a transi\u00e7\u00e3o seja o mais suave poss\u00edvel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>2. Planear o regresso ao trabalho<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se conseguir, regresse ao trabalho a meio da semana \u2013 assim, s\u00e3o apenas dois ou tr\u00eas dias at\u00e9 uma nova pausa propiciada pelo fim-de-semana e o impacto da mudan\u00e7a \u00e9 menor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>3. Aproveite o primeiro dia de trabalho<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No primeiro dia de trabalho, levante-se um pouco mais cedo do que o necess\u00e1rio de modo a ter algum tempo para cuidar de si, tomando o seu pequeno-almo\u00e7o sem pressa e saindo de casa com tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 prov\u00e1vel que queira fazer em duas horas tudo aquilo que n\u00e3o fez nas duas semanas em que esteve fora. A iniciativa pode at\u00e9 ser de louvar, mas \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio \u201cn\u00e3o estragar as f\u00e9rias logo na primeira manh\u00e3\u201d. Quer isto dizer que \u00e9 preciso n\u00e3o esquecer que se veio de f\u00e9rias h\u00e1 relativamente pouco tempo e que o primeiro dia de trabalho (e at\u00e9 a primeira semana) diz respeito a um per\u00edodo de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 de transi\u00e7\u00e3o, se quisermos. Um conselho: \u201cNo primeiro dia fa\u00e7a por reter na mem\u00f3ria a melhor lembran\u00e7a das f\u00e9rias. Arrume a secret\u00e1ria, mas n\u00e3o a caixa de e-mail<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma vez no local de trabalho, d\u00ea nova vida ao seu espa\u00e7o \u2013 reorganize a secret\u00e1ria e liberte-se dos objetos que est\u00e3o a mais: assim, \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil enfrentar o dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existe um estudo que associa a desorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma secret\u00e1ria \u00e0 menor produtividade. Pela l\u00f3gica apresentada, quanto mais organizada est\u00e1 a secret\u00e1ria, mais motivados e concentrados estamos. H\u00e1 formas de determinar quais os e-mails enviados diretamente para n\u00f3s, sendo esta uma das ferramentas a dar uso. \u201cNingu\u00e9m l\u00ea os e-mails todos\u201d e, mais importante do que nos focarmos nas mensagens virtuais \u00e0 nossa espera num computador, \u00e9 travar conversas com os colegas.
