Numa \u00e9poca em que s\u00e3o cada vez mais frequentes estes surtos causados por alimentos contaminados, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 em Portugal, mas um pouco por todo o mundo, \u00e9 imperativo que todos desempenhem um papel ativo na preven\u00e7\u00e3o das doen\u00e7as alimentares.
